Wireless Vibration Sensor Issue

We received (4) new wireless Vibration Sensors. Tow of the units seem to work fine, however, two of the units are not transmitting any data. We have tried to reset the units and receive no acknowledgement message from the wireless gateway nor see any data being transmitted by the sensor.

Please advise. Thanks.

when you swipe the magnet near the reset or cfg button what happens ?

edit --The Network ID setting was enabled, which caused the device to enter a continuous reboot cycle.
