Hi Alex, thank you for the flow.
- Based on your flow, it appears the Network ID setting is still active. As @Bhaskar mentioned in your previous conversation, you should disable this setting to prevent potential issues.
Note: A best practice for sensor configuration is to only activate the new settings you want to apply. For example, if your sensor’s power is already set to +24dBm, there’s no need to activate that setting and apply the same value again.
- Are you using a manual or automatic configuration? These sensors support OTF (On-the-Fly) configuration. I ask because the OTF Config checkbox is currently disabled on your Wireless Device nodes. This prevents the sensors from taking a new configuration when they send a FLY message.
To try to resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
- Disable the Network ID checkbox on all your Wireless Device nodes.
- If you are using Automatic OTF, enable the OTF Config checkbox.
- Click the Deploy button to save and apply the changes.
- Reset the sensor or wait for the next FLY message to apply the configuration. If you choose to reset the sensors to force a FLY message, we recommend resetting one sensor at a time. Wait until the configuration is complete (you’ll receive a Config Results message) before resetting the next sensor. This allows each sensor enough time to configure itself properly.
Please take a look at this and feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Eduardo M
