I currently have a USB controlled ZADSR165PROXR board that has stopped working with LabVIEW. I currently have seven test stations that are all running the same SW/HW configuration, with only two exhibiting this problem. During HW initialization, a VISA Write command string “FE81 00” to turn off all relays. A VISA Read command then compares the acknowledgement from the board. On the stations that do not work, I do not receive an acknowledgement. The board is acting as if does not understand the command, or does not know how to respond. These boards have the older through hole ICs, is it possible that the EPROM had been corrupted? and if so, is there a way to reflash it using the NCD SW?
This is cross posted on the HW side as well for more visibility.
