I have a contact closure to remote relay project. I am looking at the WiFi Relay with 5 or 10 AMP Relay boards, SKU PL_WIFI_510.
If programmed to do so, will these boards talk directly to each other over a WiFi network without going thorough a computer running Base Station to broker the transactions?
Could one board be programmed to take the analogue input, and instead of controlling the local relays, send them to a second board and control those relays?
This is is of course, what the Wireless Contact Closure Remote SPDT Relay Controller 8-Channel 1-Way does, but I’d rather spend $226 vs. $436 for my application.
