What kind of setup that i need to measure temperatures?

Hello,
I want to acquire a complete set of temperature and humidity equipment and concentrate it on a computer via wireless to monitor 10 equipment.
The distance does not worry me since it would be locally since it would only be in a laboratory and I want to concentrate the information on a single computer with labview.
What setup would work for me?

Is Labview a requirement? Or do you simply want a view with widgets that allow you to view temperature and humidity readings from the sensors?
