Hi,

Our company is in Germany and we are interested in NGD’s wireless sensors.

1>> What is the warranty service like for parts shipped to Europe?

2>> Do we have to ship defective parts back to the USA?

Hi Guss,

  1. All our products come with 5 year warranty.
  2. If there is defective or malfunctioning part. it needs to ship back to our office in US for root cause analysis.
