I just received a USB modem and wanted to connect it to my laptop. I can see data from a 4-20 ma reciever but I cannot poll data from either of my pr55-34 devices. I confirmed that xctu sees both xbee’s but I cannot pull data. one is connected to a temperature humidity device the other is connected to a voltage and amperage probe. I have tried to set it up by device type 539 and also by device type 1011 using auto encoder. I should at least see something when I power on the device but I can even see that from either device.
whats the device type of the RS485 modem ?
