Updating Firmware for Industrial IoT Wireless to Ethernet Modem

Unable to add wireless device to wireless gateway. Thinking it needs a firmware update, but unclear on how to do so. There are wireless devices on it already, so it’s capable, but its not looking like it can accept new devices.

what software are you using to view the data ?
can you confirm

  1. New devices have the same radio as the modem
  2. devices are turned on

Using a wireless device node on Node-Red to try and view the data. The device is turned on. I’m not sure if it has the same radio as the modem. How can I tell?

the radio freq is printed on the backside of the box

The radio frequencies are different.

I will recommend sending the new units back for an RMA
