Unable to communicate with modem - WI-FI micro gateway

Hello,

I’m trying to configure the following sensor

through the following wifi gateway (Micro gateway for connecting to microsoft azure)

Both attempting through COM PORT ( Baud rate 9600 and 115200) either NETWORK i am facing the following error

I am in the same network with my pc and i’ve already tried to de-activate the firewall.
The version of Alpha station is the latest (1.0.2.14)

Could you please support me?

this gateway does NOT work with alpha station.
checkout the gateway manual for more info

Thank you for the answer. Is there any way to connect it? I would like to be able to configure the variables of the “Predictive Maintenance Sensor Plus” (PR55-61PM) device, and from the documentation I couldn’t find any other way to do this.

@TravisE_NCD_Technica can we load the mega modem firmware and use with node red?
can you share the process.

Mega Modem firmware can be loaded into the device by following instructions here:

Then Node-Red can connect via TCP socket.
