Most of the sensors are working fine. However, two sensors are showing abnormal readings. Based on an average of 10 readings, one of the sensors recorded an average vibration of 4 mm/s, while the other recorded an average vibration of 3.4 mm/s. The calibrated reference sensor, meanwhile, recorded 1.1 mm/s.
When at rest, one of the sensors recorded 2.9 mm/s and the other 3.1 mm/s.
The sensors were configured correctly. As proof, all the other sensors share the same settings and provide correct readings.
I tried a factory reset and then reconfigured them, but still got the same incorrect result.
Is there a way to calibrate this type of sensor (other than ODR, sampling duration, and filters)?
I’m using the latest version of the Node-Red module. It seems to me that it uses “Sync” instead of “Fly,” doesn’t it? Is that the package you’re looking for?
To help us identify the issue, Can you run two tests, Please?
1- Run at 6400 Hz
2- Run at 3200 Hz
Once under no motion, and once under your calibration vibration.
Hello. I’m going to have to put the debugging process on hold. I’m currently in the middle of a rush to deliver a client project. I’ll run the tests you suggested next week, and I’ll give you feedback then. Thank you
