Type 84 Vibration data

I’m new to using node-red. I’ve been able to create a flow that allows me to view my Type 84 sensor data. I am able to see updates in temperature but have not been able to get any vibration information yet. I’ve been using the Wireless device node to configure and enable the 3 axis but the vibration data remains at a 0 at all times. I’ve done a hardware reset. What can I do to get the vibration information?

Is the sensor installed on a surface that is vibrating?

Yes, It’s coupled to a stepper motor running at 2000 RPM, is there a minimum Vibration level required for it to report?

there is a dead band setting. set it to 0. default is 25mg. so it ignores any vibration below 25mg
