I have an NCD 5120 gateway on platform version v1.2.0. Sensor data is being received correctly and the sensor shows healthy with current last-seen timestamps. I enabled MQTT publishing and saved broker settings successfully, but the Telemetry, Alerts, and Status topic fields do not persist after refresh. Because the topics disappear, the gateway does not appear to publish any MQTT messages, even though the broker connection settings remain saved. I previously attempted a firmware update on another unit and it crashed the controller, so I do not want to update this unit without confirmation of a safe recovery path. Is there a known issue with MQTT topic persistence on this firmware, and is there a safe fix or supported workaround that does not require a risky firmware upgrade?
