once comm operator is open press reset on sensor and it print logs…
did you press reset on sensor after connect the debug?
try swapping Tx and Rx

tried the usb serial port again.
usb serial tx to rx and rx to tx got no output. If i do swap those and plug in power i get these messages. But nothing when reset is pressed.

apologies i thought you had a PR55-61 board but its PR55-72.
can you load this firmware
so its having trouble talking to the modem.
- make sure modem is installed properly
- check modem settings ( make sure it has latest firmware as well)
modem means – radio module
i tried the original 2.4ghz radio module which failed to be detected on xtcu too, still the same error.
tried setting sleep settings to Normal[0] to see if the module gets detected, no luck either.
I can probe the pins to see if they are going into the required state under wake up cycle??
Bhakshar, I ran an oscilloscope on both the modem and sensor. We exchanged the XBee units to see if there is an issue. In both cases, pin numbers 1 to 4 seem to be getting a signal or an alteration in state; however, in the sensor, pin 5 (nreset) seems to be low all the time, even after a reset in the sensor. This was seen even if I swapped the XBee modules. Can it be an issue on the board side?
this is an order rev board and it doesnt control the xbee reset line.
we can schedule a call and take a look at the setup.
This is after setting sleep to normal [0] and running the xbee on the modem first and then switching to the sensor.
