I have the Solid State Relay Controller 8-Channel + 8 Channel ADC ProXR Lite with the ethernet module. I have communicated with these boards a lot and never had an issue. Today I powered the board, it was recognized by NCD base as normal but the relays nor their LEDs activate. The ADCs still work and the board communicates as normal. I tried a new unit and am still experiencing this problem. Any help would be appreciated!
I would start by getting the LEDs to activate, make SURE the incoming voltage is 12VDC. We test using Base Station Software, there is a built-in test that can help identify problems with the controller, please use this for testing to eliminate other possible errors. If problems persist, make SURE relay refreshing is turned on, this is very important (and is the default mode of operation when shipping our products). This and other parameters should be examined with Base Station Software.
