Sensors not showing in alpha station

None of my sensors are showing in alpha station i have verified that the modem usb light is on and have tried to communicate with all 6 sensors

I will recommend checking module radio settings

You can reflash the radio profile.
baudrate – 115200

Encryption was disabled in the modem.
