I’m using an Atrium gateway with a 2-channel Class I Division 2 vibration sensor. Right now, the sensor is reporting every 15 minutes, and I’d like to change it to a 5- or 10-minute interval.

I attempted to modify the reporting interval in the sensor settings, but doing so caused communication issues and resulted in lost connection.

Can you provide guidance on the correct way to adjust the reporting interval without disrupting connectivity?

Hi @mturnow in order to set the sensor transmission interval you will need to access to Node-RED, you can use this guide as reference: https://ncd.io/blog/ncd-sensor-configuration-guide-using-node-red/

You can access to Node-RED running on Atrium Gateway by using: http://ncd-XXXX.local:1880 Where XXXX is the last for digits of the mac address of your Gateway
