Sensor Dashboard and Gateway Dashboard pages stuck on "Loading..."

Hi,

My Atrium Gateway (Gateway-48DD) is working well — sensors are
online and reporting data. However several pages are stuck on
“Loading…” and never load:

  1. Sensor Dashboard — when I click on a sensor it shows
    “Loading dashboard…” and never loads

  2. Gateway Health Dashboard — shows “Loading…” and never loads

  3. Monitor page — Add Widget shows “Loading metrics…” and
    never loads

The sensor has been transmitting successfully for several days
so there should be data available.

Gateway IP: 192.168.1.202
Browser: Chrome
Sensor: 114 - Standalone Smart Vibration Sensor v4

Is there a known issue with these dashboard pages? Any
troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

Hi Joe,

What version is the Atrium Gateway running? You can find it on the Settings page. You should see Platform version there.

It could also just be a browser cache issue. Try deleting browser cache, then hard reload the page to see if that makes any difference.

i am running v1.4.1. it never gets past loading. I have cleared my browser cache.

Hi Joe,

Could you attempt updating the gateway? You can do that through the settings page. If there are any issues with it updating to 1.6.0 please let us know and we can provide a file you can update the gateway from a thumb drive. I’m wondering if that sensor is in Raw mode and your Atrium Gateway has an old enough platform version it does not support Raw Data. Try updating and let me know what you find.

Lastly could you let me know what web browser you are using? I’m not aware of any issues with Chrome or Safari but the product is new and we have not tested on all possible browsers.
