I currently have a customer with this kit, the antenna on one of the xbee comm modules was broken off. I dont see any physical damage to the xbee, only the antenna. I replaced both antennas with new antennas that matched the specs required, and cant get the modules to communicate. Do these lose connection with each other of they sit powered on with no communication between them?

What are the specs of the antenna used? Frequency and gain.

There isn’t anything in the firmware to stop the modules from attempting to communicate. If comms are lost the boards will attempt to regain comms as long as they have power.
