if you power cycle the PR55-34 it will send a run packet. you should see that in node red. it will say "RUN’
I think you might have misunderstood how modbus works. modbus is a protocol where it you will have to query the device and it will respond against that device.
that means you will have ot send message using node red to the modbus and ihen it will responds.
