Our Robustel EG5100-A2FEA-NU is unable to reach our internal NTP server. IT has checked the settings for the port it is connected to and are unable to point to any issues with the configuration of the port.
Don’t know how much help I can be as we primarily focus on the sensor integration of the gateways, but I can try.
What is the IP address and/or domain name of your ntp server?
If its in the 192.168.0.x range then it may be a conflict of networks as that is the subnet the enterprise gateway uses for its downstream networks so the gateway doesn’t know how to route it.
You can change the Enterprise Gateway’s internal network IPs from the Web Configuration pages > Network > LAN > LAN1 > click the edit icon on the right.
Change the IPv4 Address to something like 192.168.10.1/24
Just make sure to set the settings under DHCPv4 to the same subnet i.e.
Once changed click the submit button and then the red checkmark in the upper right corner of the page.
After that’s done see if the issue is resolved.
