I have programmed the KFX with the command needed. When the KFX is placed in the R15PL_KEYFOB board and the power supply PWR12 is connected nothing happens. I’m not getting any indicator lights on the R15PL_KEYFOB or the KFX. I have confirmed the power supply is providing 12V.

Unfortunately if no lights are coming on on the board or on the KFX module then there’s not a lot of troubleshooting we can do remotely. I would recommend an RMA: https://ncd.io/contact-us/product-returns/
