We are planning to do predictive maintenance of Hot forging machine having 2000Tons. I have selected few vibrations sensor from NCD. I wanted to know is this sensor are feasible for this type of application where high amount of vibration occurs with heavy industrial working condition. Any one has used these sensors for Forging applications?
The vibration sensor is rated for +/- 16g. what’s the expected vibration of your application ?
we can build it with +/-32g.
