PR55-22 LED Red and Blue LED on at same time

LED is BLUE/RED at power-up… and stays that way. Cannot figure out how to get into config mode.

It sounds like the module is not booting firmware.

This guide outlines how you can update the firmware on the module over USB:

When prompted for a firmware version you will want to enter 14.
