PR55-21_AWS gateway and PR55-45L_PWR sensor

Hi,

We have a PR55-21_AWS gateway with 2 PR55-45L_PWR sensors and everything is ok.
We just buy a new PR55-45L_PWR sensor and we try to connect it to the gateway without success.

In the gateway web interface, I can see the existing sensors but the new sensor is never displayed.

I guess I have to set the gateway and the sensor in configuration mode to do that, right ?
I tried but nothing happens…

is the new sensor in rectangle box ?
if yes, this is the gen 2 version of the sensor and it has a new device type.

old AWS gateway does not support it.

@TravisE_NCD_Technica will you be able to add this sensor ?

I’ve updated the AWS Gateway firmware to version 2.0.9 which now supports the type 74 sensor. You can update your gateway to this version by following the instructions here:
