PR52-33A not configuring

Hello,
I bought 6 Temperature/Humidity sensors. Using the USB wireless modem (PR55-17A), 4 of them connect and configure easily.
2 of them go into configure mode, but the data fields don’t show up in the configuration window in Alpha station.

I’ve turned them off/on, reset them to defaults, tried turning off all other devices. Any other ideas for me to try? Thanks.

I should mention that I can read the temperature and humidity from these sensors just fine. I just cant get into config mode to change the node.

Hi Kevin,

We no longer recommend using Alpha Station with our Enterprise series sensors. You should instead use Node-Red with our library for daily use and configuration of the sensors.
