PR52-14 not working

Hello,
I bought a PR52-14, I’m trying to read a simulated frequency from my Frequency Generator, but I can’t make it work. Is there any good guide that shows how to use this device?
When I check the manual of the product, it is a different device:

I tried:

  • Connect ground and signal from Frequency Generator.(DON’T WORK)
  • Connect ground and signal only to “+” and “-”. (DON’T WORK)
  • Connect an external power supply of 3.3v to “+” and “-”, connect my Frequency generator to “SIG” with shared grounds. (DON’T WORK)

I keeps sending 0 Frequency.

signal should be connected between gnd and Sig.
what’s your pulse voltage level.

That’s the way I tried. My pulse voltage level is 3.3v.

that should work. what s the signal freq ?

I’ve tried many frequencies 100 hz, 200hz even 1khz (Duty 50%), still doesn’t work for some reason.

i am waiting on testing log from production, as soon as i get them i ll circle back

@Bhaskar no need to check more, I was able to make it work, the problem was my signal generator probe.
