Looking for Particle code to test the PR33-20 (4x ADC board) with a particle PR35-20 master. Is it possible to use more than 1x PR33-20 on same I2c bus? Not sure how to change the address…

Unfortunately the PCA9536 has a fixed I2C address so only one may be connected to an I2C bus. If you require more than one PCA9536 device connected to the Particle module then you will need to use an I2C Bus Multiplexer, such as this one:
I should also mention that the PCA9536 is not an ADC. It is a digital IO multiplexer. The PR33-20 optically isolates these IO lines. Are you looking for an ADC for reading variable analog signals?
