I am in urgent need to resolve an issue that originated from either our purchase or simply recieving the incorrect sensors due to handling.
Previously, we have purchased quite a few Sensors that measure the approx. 3" x 3" form factor for their housing, 900MHz (NA) Comms Modules, both antenna and thermocouple connectors positioned on one single side, some with just battery power and some with additional external power option but all only used 4AA’s internally.
We chose to repurchase one of our previous orders and ended up recieving Sensors with a much larger housing approx. 4.5" x 3.5", antenna and thermocouple connectors are now on opposing sides, and use 6AA’s for battery power. These will not work for our application with the additional unit size and additional spacing required with connections orientated this way, and I’m in immediate need to be able to fix this issue to complete a project that is scheduled very soon.

Understood, thank you for the clarification. Yes, we would like the old style, it is the only size that will work for the application we need it for. Would you be able to help communicate that purchase option right now for two Sensors of that size with the same options we had chosen? We could make that new purchase immediately and in the meantime we will return the heads and you can reimburse us for the returned items on order #562965 once you recieve them?
Unfortunately, I do not have much time to work with and waiting for shipping could make our project late.
sure we can do that. we can issue a store credit for the return and you can use for future order. once you fill out RMA, it will share the return address and instruction.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not want the updated enclosure for the Industrial Wireless Thermocouple High Temperature Sensor, we want the old Sensor enclosure model that measures approx. 3" x 3" x 2"
