Node Red Wireless Gateway not showing up in Node Red

Hello, I am trying to follow this tutorial: https://youtu.be/CEsv8YmeoAw?si=BEz7KKvbs64PaJQU&t=145 and have my IIot Gateway connected to a switch connected to my laptop. However, I don’t see the wireless gateway block as shown in the tutorial.

Can you provide screen shots of what you are seeing?

Is this the Gateway you are working with:

Thank you,
Travis Elliott

Yes, that is the gateway I am using. I was able to fix the first issue by importing some settings but some things didn’t copy over, such as this module. Do you know how I can import or use it?

Hi @2jluna Some flow examples may have third-party library dependencies. We do not directly support these Node-RED libraries. In this specific case, I can see an “Azure IoT Hub” node. You will need to install this third-party library within your workspace. To do so, please click on the main menu, and then select "Manage Palette.

Then go to install tab.

You can type the library name are you interested in, in this case “node-red-contrib-azure-iot-hub”. Click on “Install” button.

Note: If you want you can share with us the example flow to determine which library you are using, because within Node-RED there are multiple 3rd-party libraries to work with Azure IoT Hub.

Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Eduardo M.
