Node-red Please explain the alarm setting

Hello

I am inquiring about node-red

If we set the temperature sensor to 0 to 40 degrees, the lead is green
Other than that, the LED is set to red
The problem is that the alarm keeps ringing even if the temperature is set between 0 and 40
If led changes only to red, I want to set an alarm if the numerical value comes out like that
