We recently purchased a 8-channel-ProXR-Lite relay board and it’s working well. The “open-ness” of the RS232/hex protocol is exactly what we need.
For our application, we also need a device with analog inputs, for example 4-20mA and/or 0-10VDC. It’d be really “handy” if the ProXR had analog-inputs along with the analog-outputs or NCD made a device/board dedicated to analog I/O. I looked at the product line-up and don’t see a board with analog inputs. Any possibility that NCD would make such a board to expand your product line-up?
The ProXR Lite series includes 8 onboard 0-5V ADCs with 100k resistors.
That beings said there are currently no plans to update this series with additional boards.
Its not uncommon for our customers to use both the ProXR/ProXR Lite series in conjunction with the Enterprise Series (https://store.ncd.io/?fwp_main_facet=enterprise-solutions) for sensor readings and data inputs. However our Enterprise Series primarily uses Industrial Wireless only and Node-Red as the software drive. Translating this library to another language can be complex.
