Dear team,
We are building a solution that collect data from 10 machines in a plant.
From each machine, we want to collect the following data:

  • Vibration Analysis (Spectrum)
  • Temperature
  • Noise
  • Acceleration / Decelerations Vertical, Horizontal and Axial
  • OEE% (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
  • Provide Equipment Matrix – Acronyms

We want to receive this data on our gateway through USB.
Please suggest the sensors. We prefer to you Wireless sensors.

I would recommend one of our Vibration sensors here:

These sensors will provide vibration data for all 3 axis. These readings also provide accelerometer readings.
