I am facing some problem of finding driver using Windows server 2008 64 bit with only LabVIEW runtime 2015 installed but no LabVIEW 2015. I also put the ProXR-labview-driver-v3 with the name ProXR under C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2015\instr.lib which I created manually. Following all the steps as mentioned in the website, I ran the Ncdio ProXR Relay Tester.exe file but it has trouble to find the driver. I have successfully run NCD Base Station software with no problem. Does anyone have any clue what is missing?

You do not need ProXR-labview-driver-v3 with this software. The required runtime(s) are automatically installed if you use the official installer for this software.
If you still experience this error then you will need to install NI Visa Runtime 15.0, which is available for download from National Instruments website, in order to run this application.
