NCD Sound sensor is always sending 0 decibels after pairing with NCD mqtt gateway upon a firmware upgrade to the gateway to support sound sensor. Also the battery of the sound sensor was going down fast,

Please help on this as we need the sound sensor to get it working. Thanks in advance. The main concern is wht 0 decibels being sent and not sensing the sound.

There should be two cables going from the main board to lid. can you check them.
