Hi, I have purchased NCD gate way and connected particle sensors. We have connected gate way to our local server. Now, we have changed ethernet port location. EHT0 connected network and ETH1 connected to local server. But ETH1 not connecting ( showing serching network). Wifi also not receiving. What may be real issues? Is it gate way faulty or any setting changed ?

By default ETH 0 is a client port(should connect to a network router). ETH 1 is a server port(acts as a bridge to ETH 0 allowing client devices to connect to the network through the Gateway or if ETH 0 is not connected to a network allows a computer to connect directly to the Gateway as a client.
WiFi by default should act as an access point allowing clients to connect to it as a network, however it can be switched to station mode so it is used to connect to a WiFi network as a client. This is selectable through the gateway’s dashboard interface.
