Hi all,
I am currently using the NCD 3-channel SDI soil moisture sensor transmitter along with an NCD wireless-to-serial modem as the receiver. We are using an Opto22 PLC to retrieve and parse the data.
I am facing an issue where the received data is incorrect, and the transmitter intermittently stops sending data. I have attached the payload for reference.
The payload contains all the expected information, but the sensor data remains 0. I have already checked the sensor connections, and the sensor was initially working but randomly stops functioning. I also tried moving the sensor between channels 1, 2, and 3. However, channels 2 and 3 never work, and channel 1 only works for a short time before failing.
The transmitter and receiver are 3 meters apart with a clear line of sight.
