MQTT gateway doesnt go into config mode

The gateway goes into a solid blue light,… is there a way to default the settings and start over?

Hi Scott,

Disconnect power from the Gateway.
Press and hold the CFG Button.
Reconnect power to the Gateway.
Continue holding the CFG Button until the LED flashes Blue.
Release the CFG Button.
While the LED is flashing Blue Press and hold the CFG Button.
Hold the Config button until the LED Stops flashing(Solid Blue or off).
Release the Config button.
The device is now factory reset.
