has mobicle. io portal been discontinued ?

Hi! Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we (I) made some server changes last week and mobicle sort of fell through the cracks (my bad). It’s back up and running now.
In case you didn’t know, it is open source and entirely front end, meaning that the whole framework can run in a browser without the need to have anything other than a web server like apache running. If anyone is ever interested in using it themselves just grab the 1.0 branch from the repo and point your server config to the www folder.
