I have a few MirX Point-to-Point relays setup at a customer site. All of them are over IP. I have attached a screenshot using the NCD Software showing all of the boards are up with an IP address, and seem to be paired to another device. When I plug the devices in, I am seeing a constant blinking busy light as opposed to a normal blinking light. I am assuming the boards are not communicating…my question is what do server 1/2/3 represent? Do I need to put customer information in there? Any ideas past getting an IP address as to why the boards are not communicating?
