We had a bad input unit (PR60-9) and purchased a replacement. I’m not able to get it to communicate with the existing PR60-13 output unit. We have several pairs of these devices and the configuration matches all existing. The firmware is 2.4 on the new device vs 2.1 on all the existing units, that’s the only difference I can see.
I believe you may have purchased a push notification board which will not be compatible with the network based MirC pairs as they use a different firmware and won’t output the same messages to the configured endpoint.
For the MirC series we recommend submitting an RMA for repair/replacement as we don’t offer the individual components on their own. You can submit an RMA at: Log In ‹ NCD.io — WordPress
Because this would be both a Refund AND a Repair which our system doesn’t account for I would recommend submitting two RMAs, one for repair and one for refund. You would still be able to ship them both in the same box back to us, just put both of the printouts we’ll send you in the shipment.
If you let me know when you’ve submitted the RMAs I can go in and double check them in our system and make sure it all looks right and add any additional information required.
