Antennae on sensor and gateway are securely sealed, transmitting and receiving fine. IIRC we saw some pretty healthy RSSIs when we were debugging during the screenshare.
No other modems or gateways in the area.
Tried moving the sensor to within ~2 feet with no change (unsurprising since the signal level was already big at the greater distance we started with).
I think we need a replacement unit. When can you send one?
