Machine uptime counter

Hi,

I seem to have an issue with an optical counter that I have installed. It seems to be holding 2 data points for the field ‘opto_input_counter’.
As you can see in this screen shot it appears to show 50772 and 476 almost simultaneously.

I did notice that this started to occur Dec 31 so not sure if it might be related to the changing of the new year. I also notice that our other counter stop incrementing on Dec 31 as well. It appears that it is holding two different values for the RTC, one is 22:54 and the other is showing 7:48.

are you setting the RTC value ?

Not to my knowledge. I have not touched that configuration.

will it be possible to update the firmware. it can be done over the air

Yes it is possible to update, do I just import the new nodered configs and then download? Do I need to press reset on the devices?
