Lost sensor communication

We changed the sensor to read every 60 seconds and we lost communication i changet it back to 300 and we still have a connection failure, we are using the EG5120 gAteway and the 2 channel vibration sensor c1d2
I have restarted both the gateway and the sensor

Hi @mturnow Could you please try a factory reset? This will ensure the sensor returns to its original factory settings:

1. Press and release the RESET button
2. Immediately press and hold the CONFIGURATION button
3. Hold the CONFIGURATION button for about 20 seconds
4. Release CONFIGURATION button
5. Wait for 3 seconds
6. Press and release the RESET button

Note: After this be sure to do not modify the Network ID in next sensor configuration.

can you share what is the status led doing when you press reset ?

Also this sensor usages sampling interval not delay value.
delay should be set to 0.
