Lantronix Xport/ IP and port number

I would like to replace my ZADSR165PROXR board with a new one (it has been repaired a couple times). It was originally a ZADSR165PROXR_Zeth_Me board that was upgraded with the Lantronix XPORT. Since the Ethernet interface is working, I understand that I can unplug it from my current board and plug it into my new board when I purchase it. My question is: will the existing IP and Port number be maintained or will it need to be reset?

The settings are stored inside the Lantronix Module, so you will not loose anything.
