Incorrect reading of a vibration sensor?

Hello,

I use a PR52-33E vib/temp sensor to monitor the vibration and the temperature of a fan bearing.

When I read the vibration with aNode-Red node, I read a Z vibration of almost 1G, even when the fan is stopped (see picture).

In your opinion, is there any way to calibrate these sensors. Or anything else that could correct the situation.

Hi Bert,
Install the sensor on the machine and hit reset. first few seconds sensor will recalibrate itself.
