IFTTT – Particle Photon WiFi with IFTTT Firmware - has firmware been updated for Webhooks?

No, we will not be updating the firmware for web hooks. The firmware already communicates with the Particle cloud publishing events for input change and listening to function calls for controlling relays. There will not be any more firmware development on these devices due to low demand.
