I2C Adapter Raspberry Pi 4

I have two I2c shields:
OUTPI2 Rev.A

INPI2 REV.B

As soon as I attach the shield the RPI4 won’t boot anymore.
I’ve seen the topic for the RPI 3B+ and it might be a similar problem with the RPI4:

The pin layout on the PI4 should be the same as in the PI3:

I have the same issue. The picture shows an old rev. If I buy will I get the newest rev compatible with rpi4
