We do not have an MTBF calculation for these products, but they come with a 5 year warranty.
Generally what will cause failures with these units is a power event like a power surge getting through the 12VDC power supply and onto the board’s electronics, switching inductive loads without accounting for the voltage spikes, or a network/router issue that force closes the connection on one side or the other of the TCP socket.
