What is the best way to measure Gateway performance. I wish to view all connected sensors, Check battery condition, sensor ID, RSSI and to check cell modem connectivity. Most importantly If I add a sensor or a repeater how does it improve radio performance on other sensors.

Can you confirm which Gateway you are working with? Is it the AWS Gateway, Azure Gateway, IoT Edge Computer, etc?
If you have the IoT Edge Computer the status of the cellular connection is available via the device’s web UI as well as the on board OLED screen.
Our sensors operate on a mesh network protocol called Digi Mesh. You can google more information on it but essentially it is a mesh network protocol where the sensors broadcast their readings, repeaters which receive these transmissions will rebroadcast the transmission which will help in getting the transmissions back to Gateway/Modem devices.
