We are using a Fusion relay board (FLL_FXR325_FXR32xL2) with a USB communications module (ZUSB). We have been able to connect to the relay board from a Windows 11 enterprise computer via a USB-A to USB-mini cable. However, when connecting from a MacOS 26.5 computer via a USB-C to USB-mini cable, the computer only recognizes the device if it is connected while the relay board is powered off; if it is plugged in while the relay board is powered on, the “USB” light on the communications module does not turn on and the computer does not recognize the USB device. We are using the FTDI D2XX driver.
It would be helpful to be able to hot-plug the relay board. Are there any device or software configuration options that would allow connecting to the relay board via USB after the relay board is powered on?
